SESSIONS: Weigh In 8:00 AM (Skin checks will start at 7:45 am)
Preliminaries (2 Mats) 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (All times are Approximate)

CLASSES: 102 lbs., 109 lbs., 116 lbs., 122 lbs., 128 lbs., 134 lbs.,
140 lbs., 147 lbs., 154 lbs., 167 lbs., 187 lbs., 237 lbs.
SEEDING All seeding via Track Wrestling; Seeding will be sent by email Friday Morning
MEETING: Meeting @ 8:45 AM for announcements, reminders & schedule adjustments.
Coaches must input their wrestlers’ info into Trackwrestling prior to February 5th.
Tournament Director will run Trackwrestling and send bracketing logistics.
SEEDING * Five (ACTUAL) matches required to be seeded.
CRITERIA: * Returning previous year’s Arizona State Placer (descending order 1st through 6th)
* Pre-seeding will be determined by each wrestler’s overall season winning percentage. a. (multiple undefeated wrestlers with no other criteria the high seed goes to MOST wins)
* Trackwrestling will take into account all common opponents to determine seeding positions
* Head to Head will supersede #1, #3 and #4 (must be in the top eight (8) seeding pool to challenge).
FORMAT: Double elimination bracketing.

OFFICIALS: Certified AIA officials are assigned for the Tournament
SCORING: 1st place 14 Points
2nd place 10 Points
3rd place 7 Points
4th place 4 Points
AWARDS: Medals to top four places

Only top FOUR qualify for State Tournament
WRISTBANDS: Only athletes, coaches, and workers will be allowed on the floor without a wristband. Each school is provided 4 wristbands (head coach & three assistants).
PHOTOS/VIDEOS: No photo or video personnel of any kind (parent or school) will be allowed on the
floor at any time except for the designated award ceremony during Finals.
LOCKERS: Lockers will not be available. Wrestlers will not have access to locker rooms.
HOSPITALITY: Hospitality Room will be available ONLY for coaches, officials, & workers. ATHLETE/SPECTATOR FOOD: No food will be allowed in the gym. The hallway near locker rooms may be
used as staging areas for coolers, etc. Spectators may not bring in food. We will have a
concession stand with seating available in the courtyard area. "Weapons Detection units will be in use for this event.”
T-Shirts: AIA partners with PepWear (also provides plaques & medals).
PARKING: Parking is available adjacent to the gymnasium (North side of campus off of Frye Road).
